Direction to use:
Cleanse the skin with Seagull Cleansing Milk. Wet cotton pad with Seagull Cleansing Tonic and gently massage all over face and neck. Repeat as needed. Avoid eye area. After the skin is thoroughly clean, apply a skin toner or rinse that has an astringent effect. Follow with the appropriate Seagull treatment product.

Allergy Test:
Apply the Tonic on a small area on your inner arm. Then wash this area with water and pat dry. After 24 hours if no irritation or allergy occurs, use Seagull Cleansing Tonic as directed.
